Returns

Here at Love Eden we understand that some outfits are not always perfect for you and we know that when we buy an item of clothing we want it to look and fit right. This is why we accept returns on any piece of our collection that is unworn and still fitted with the correct labels and packaging.

Please note that your shipping costs and the shipping costs to return your item(s) are not covered by Love Eden, so we advise you to use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item of clothing please email info@loveedenonline.com with your request. Please put 'RETURN' in the subject of your email. Once you have made us aware of your return, Please send your items back to the given address, with your order form included.

Please note, we must receive the return within 10 days from receipt of purchase. If the 10 days has expired we have the right to reject your return and send the item(s) of clothing back to the address we originally sent it to.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s card. Returns for refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Bank processing times can vary from bank to bank, so please speak to your bank for anymore information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Swimwear

Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
